Welcome to MTaB’s new and official scheduling system. Please read the following carefully as things have changed.
NEW FAMILIES: Please bring your child’s Notice to Provider (NTP) and your driver’s license with you if you cannot email in advance. We will need a copy of the legal paperwork for all the children in your care under the age of 18 years old (ie. Notice to Provider, foster care license, tribal letters, etc.). We prefer to have all legal paperwork prior to your appointment as this takes time away from your limited shopping time.
SHOPPING TIME: Should you need more than the 20 minutes allotted to shop due to the number of children in your home, please feel free to book 2 back-to-back appointments. You will need to go through the sign-up process twice.
CONFIRMATION: An email confirmation will be sent to the email that was used to schedule the appointment. Please keep this email as it is your “ticket” for shopping that day.
COMMUNICATION: All communication is via email, please make sure to check your emails. The email that you schedule with will be the email that is used for all communication regarding your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once scheduling your appointment you will receive an email confirmation. If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel your appointment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason.
NO-SHOWS: If you do not notify MTaB of your cancellation, after the second missed appointment, you will forfeit your privilege to shop for 30 days. This is non-negotiable as it allows families who are in need of supplies and their appointment to receive services.
WAITLIST: Due to the high volume of families MTaB serves and the restrictions COVID-19 has placed on the organization a waitlist has been created. You will be notified as soon as there is a cancelation.
COVID REQUIREMENTS: Everyone is required to wear a mask and receive a temperature check when arriving. If you do not wish to wear a mask and have your temperature checked at the door you will not be allowed to shop. Please limit the number of people you bring to your appointment. We are requesting no children enter the warehouse at this time. Thank you all for your understanding during this season.
BEHAVIOR: Please be respectful of other shoppers, staff and volunteers by allowing 6 feet of space between all, and understand we are doing the best we can given the current circumstances. MTaB reserves the right to remove anyone who is being disrespectful.
